History
2006-07: The big Connecticut high school center had another strong year, dominating the smaller competition with 23 goals and 43 assists in 26 games while attending Avon Old Farms. Drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the sixth round of the 2007 NHL Draft, 173rd overall. He will attend Boston University in the fall of 2007.
2007-08: In 39 games for Boston University, Bonino netted 16 goals while adding 13 assists for 29 points. He was the top rookie goal scorer in Hockey East.
2008-09: Traded to the Anaheim Ducks in the deal that sent Travis Moen and Kent Huskins to the San Jose Sharks.
